The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States intends to award work contracts for SLM-based enhanced integrated watershed management works in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with
financial assistance from the DCI programme of the European Union. The tender dossier is published on the OECS website: https://oecs.int/en/tenders-ilm-works.

8. Additional Notes
▪ This Request for Expressions of Interest [REOI] represents the first phase of a multi-stage selection process.
▪ Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to the next stage, where they will receive the full Terms of Reference [TOR] and be asked to submit detailed technical and financial proposals.
▪ Requests for clarification should be sent to the email provided in section 7 [herein] and must be clear and concise.
▪ Experience and/or expertise within the Caribbean region will be considered during the evaluation process.
▪ The Government of Grenada reserves the right to cancel or amend this process at any time without obligation or liability.

Please note that the selected candidate will be required to complete the World Bank’s online Environmental and Social Framework course.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020 and September 2023] (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
